Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp or 1 pyramid bag of Natural Farmworks Rock Mountain Earl Grey loose leaf super greens
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup coconut whipping cream
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 shot of rum (optional)
- Ice cubes
Tools + Equipment:
- Tea infuser
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cup
- Blender
Directions:

Prepare the Tea:
- Fill your tea infuser with 1 tbsp use 1 tea bag of Rock Mountain Earl Grey loose leaf super greens.
- Heat 1/4 cup of water to about 80-90°C.
- Pour the hot water over the tea in the infuser.
- Let the tea steep for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool for about 15 minutes.

Blend the Ingredients:
- In the meantime, add 1/4 cup of pineapple chunks, 1/4 cup of coconut whipping cream, 2 tbsp of honey to your blender.
- Add ice cubes to the blender.

Combine and Blend:
- Pour the cooled Tea'd Greens into the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

Serve and Enjoy:
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
